  Armored Roofing of Sun City underestimated my roofing job by 48 percent then started the process of placing a lien on my house a week after the job was finished when we protested . they never contacted me about the added expense during the job. I couldnt get an answer from anyone I talked to during the job. I paid the bill under duress under threat of a lien. The estimate was 11700 , the final bill came in at over 17000. I am in my 70s in poor health . I am having a hard time with this, Update, I received a letter today of notice of a lien. I have an email stating payment must be made within 30 days of end of project yet they filed a lien in less than a week when we protested. I wish I had never heard of Armored Roofing. Read estimate carefully. make sure they detail what they are going to do and the materials they are going to use to avoid any surprises.

  We had the best experience from start to finish with Armored Roofing! They arrived on time to get information to give a quote! We received the quite within 24 hours! They offered the mist reasonable price, showed up on the day if the install on time! They sent 7 workers and the jib was done in one day! They are polite and professional! Wish we had more work for them to do!! Don’t waste your time with other companies, this is the best we came across!

  I had a fantastic experience with this roofing company. The work was completed on all three of my patios in 1 day. Clean, professional, and honest. The owners came and inspected after the job was completed. Will recommend.

  Repair hail damage to the siding,porches, and broken windows and storm door.

  $5,884

  I agreed to allow Armored Roofing to repair the hail damage I received on my siding,windows, storm door and pitches. They wanted a downpayment of $5800.00.I wrote Armored Roofing a check for the amount they asked.They tried to replace my storm door.When they finished,the handle was upside down, the door for scraped the the framing,and there was a 2 inch gap between the bottom of the door and the entry way.I brought these workmanship to the attention of the foreman whose name is Jake H. He became angry and told me to find somebody else.I called one of the owners in Arizona and told him what happened and I requested that my $5800.00 be returned to me. The owner’s name is Alonzo.This request was made 11 days ago.The owner said he would return my deposit by certified mail.I am still waiting for the owner to do the fair and honest thing. Thank you.
