Paid over 40K for all my windows and doors. The materials seem to be good. Installation is EXTREMELY subpar (I have pics to prove it). They sent the same person over and over, to solve the issues they themselves created. Failed inspection due to wrong installation procedure, non compliance with county code, doors with handles scratched, installed non-square, not closing properly, parts missing (i.e: plugs to cover screws). Broken seams, stucco used improperly (Came off at first pressure cleaning) Crew showed up at least 4 times, not counting scheduled inspection. Last time I had to threaten with a lawsuit to have them come and fix inspection failing issues. I do not recommend at all

UPDATE: After 5 months of going back and forth with the "owner" Joe my doors finally passed inspection. I request a refund on the profit of the doors and Joe agreed. Now he is denying it...I have text messages from him agreeing to it. I didnt ask for anything more than the profit he made off the doors, not the windows. I had to chase Joe down for months for any answer. This has been a complete nightmare and Joe profited off of it. Doors were installed in JULY 2020....finally passed inspection May of 2021.
I had my windows installed in July and I am STILL chasing them down to complete the project. The inspection by Palm Beach County failed...Its January 21 and I just had to make ANOTHER phone call looking for a resolution. Worst customer service i have ever experienced. Had to call again today after promised a phone call earlier in the week. My next call will be to an attorney.

The sales rep, Amie Mickelson, was very competent. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and instilled in me confidence in your company. She is a great asset.

Overall timeline - weeks off schedule. Performs work without required permits. Uses COVID as an excuse for any promise that they cannot deliver on. Windows not ready - COVID. Doors not ready, which they don't even manufacture themselves - COVID. Permit(s) didn't get pulled 5 months ago when the contract was signed - COVID. I can't wait to see what else they blame on COVID.
Properly overpriced to boot, but time will tell on the quality front; I will not be surprised when they cannot deliver on all the promises the salesperson made.

Avoid this company. We consistently had communication issues, work wasn't finished, trash was left, damage was done to our home, contractors worked without facemasks and the cherry on top: THEY DID WORK WITHOUT A PERMIT.
The installation date was pushed out a month at the last second. We had called multiple times and left many messages only to be ignored. Finally they came and delivered doors and windows. The doors were incorrect so they had to be taken. One out of two windows was installed (promised this would be a single day job). We called to get a copy of the permit and was told they NEVER HAD THE PERMIT AND STILL DO NOT.
The door they installed does not shut close and the threshold was installed with screws (not correct way to install a threshold). The contractors weren't wearing masks inside the house all day, even after we asked multiple times. They left a huge pile of trash in our front yard and then left.
Still missing two doors and a window.

Let me start out by stating that the windows themselves are nice windows..HOWEVER, I would not recommend this company for any work. I signed my contract with the company for 8 windows and a slider on March 29,2018. I just had the last of the installers come today to replace the screen door on the slider to complete the job. That is 13 months for 8 windows. Now let’s remark on the actual installation. It was terrible. The trim on my house was pried partially off and then hammered back. The caulking that was done was haphazard and unsightly. Some windows were not even caulked on the outside. How good are New windows if water can get in around them. I understand that some of the window trim might have been old, but now I have to get another company in to repair ALL of my trim because of the terrible job that was done. Do not use Armorvue.

We received a quote from their salesman in December of 2017, paid a deposit and was told our windows would be done around first of March. The salesman also told me I did not have to do anything about my blinds which were in every window. Come middle of May, we finally received our windows. The installation took a day (had to take off work). They did a poor job, damaged my plaster, busted tile off in my kitchen and damaged the exterior walls. Several windows did not work properly, were not level and pieces missing. They had to take down blinds and several could not be put back up because they had to be cut down, cost me $125.00 to have them cut down and reinstalled. They said they would cover the bill. Had to take another day off to have them inspected. I thought I ordered all sliders, come to find out the salesman put sliders in every room but my kitchen, they put push ups. This was very upsetting. Come to find out they put the wrong windows in my kitchen and bathroom, came to change them out and they would not fit. They had to order new window for kitchen which took until November to have it installed. (had to take another day off). They came back out to fix all the problems, had to take bedroom window completely out and re-work the entire opening to get the window to slide evenly. Did not fix any damage, said they would come back out and wanted the rest of their money. I said no, not until the damage is fixed. Dealt with Cody who was very rude, he said he would not cover the cost of the blinds. After arguing back and forth for several days, we gave them part of the balance of the money. That was in December, as of today we have not heard back from them nor has any of the damage to our house been repaired. This whole ordeal was extremely stressful and took a year to get done. I will have to pay someone to come and repair the damage to the inside and outside of my house. Having to deal with Cody was a job in itself. No company should have anyone like this represent them. My recommendation is DO NOT BUY FROM NEW SOUTH WINDOWS.

We ordered 5 sliding glass doors and 3 windows. The 3 windows are pretty much as promised although the frames are a lot bigger than the windows that were replaced making the glass area smaller; they work fairly well but the locking mechanism is not as smooth as the samples we were shown.
The doors are not installed as we were promised. The bottom of the frame was supposed to be even with the floor height but this flange sticks up above the inside floor from 1 inch on one door to over 2 inches on another door. We were promised by the salesman and again by the final measurement technician that the frame flange would be even with the floor - that did not happen. The inside and outside of the frames on all windows and doors are "finished" with caulking which looks like a patch job instead of a finished product; some vinyl or aluminum molding would have been more appropriate given the very high price of the product. The caulking is satisfactory for now but we would expect it to discolor and loosen later.
The 2 men who did the installation were very nice and professional and we think did the best they could with what they had to work with.
Would we go back to Armorvue? Probably not. -

They were horrible. I remain unhappy with their customer service and the quality of the work done. Very disappointing!

From an informative sales presentation, to friendly office staff updates, to quality installation. A pleasant and professional company, through and through.

They were referred to me by a friend who used them and they did all the windows and doors in his house. He was happy with their work.
Armorvue Window and Door did a good job and I am pleased with the result. The salesman came to the house and I selected the window and style I wanted. He came back with his installer and re measured and checked for any visible installation problems. I left Fl for the summer. When I came back the windows were in, the town had performed the inspections and signed off on the permit. I hired a painter to paint the new wood and from the inside looking out you could not see where they had worked. Overall a very good job.
