    Arms Maintenance was a terrible company to work with. They make promises they refuse to keep. We wanted to replace some old metal windows and they promised they would match some windows we had previously installed. They got us a similarly colored window that was painted, the painting chipped, and now 5 months later the color has faded from a brown to a dingy green brown color. They also didn’t use a level once during install and just eyed it. Two windows they ordered too large and replaced the 2x4 Framing with a 1x4 previously used as trim on other windows. We had them restucco. They didn’t even complete each item on the work order (pressure washing and digging down). There are several spots of our old stucco peeking through and they didn’t reattach the electrical from a job we had done just weeks before. Charles made promises that we would be happy, that things would be perfect, and the second the work was done he became hostile to our complaints, refused to work with us, won’t complete the punch list, is demanding payment that is $1500 over our bill (double charging us for taxes and a deposit we already paid) and refuses to have any conversations to work through these issues. He is a terrible contractor who uses his charisma to make a sale and then tries to gaslight and bully you once the work is done.
