    We had heavy damage to our home from Hurricane Ian in St James City. Flooding and wind damage. We had to take everything down to studs. Arnold Roberts was just wonderful. They were up front with how they did business. They never over promised anything and they always showed up when they said they would. They answered all questions and concerns immediately and handled every single aspect of this job in a professional, knowledgeable manner. The quality of the work was great. The cabinets were well constructed. We were in such shell shock after the storm and Arnold Roberts came in and gave us confidence immediately. Great group of people to work with. They made a horrible situation so much better and we looked forward to seeing them when they checked in. OH... that was the other thing - They showed up almost daily to make sure things were flowing as they should with the different trades. Just an overall excellent experience!

    My husband & I purchased our lot in 2010 and spent alot of time talking with several builders and looking at many models homes. We made our decision in early 2012 to have our dream home built by Arnold Roberts Signature Homes. We combined two of their floor plans to come up with the perfect home for us. We loved the fact we could speak with Bob or Arnie anytime we had questions and they were always either available right away or we would call us back within an hour or so to answer all of our questions or concerns. The process was pretty painless and the end result was even more stunning then we could have dreamed of. They completed the home 2 weeks ahead of schedule so we could be in our new home for Christmas. The closing on our new home was December 20th 2012 and so far we have had 2 minor issues which were resolved right away other than that our home is perfect!! We would recommend Arnold Roberts to anyone that was looking to build a new quality home.
