we were quoted approx. 350.00 over the phone for work, to our furnace when they came over by the time they completed the job it was a little over $600.00 the tech never consulted with us before he went ahead and did the work and we got surprised with a way higher bill. they really should work on their communication skills with their customers when it comes to est. he said it was due to the high cost of R-22 refrigerant, done some research a 30 LB can of R-22 cost approx. $379.00 from Amazon.com he charged me $350.00 for 7 LBs at $50.00 a LB. so basically he charges for a 30LB can for only 7LBS sorry will not recommend this contractor to anyone
