From the initial bid, and after the contract were signed. Contractor continue to send invoices for more payment. I would NOT recommend this Contractor, in that he requires payment before each phase is completed. Per his contract, not all items in contract were honored or completed. Hindering our projected opening two months behind schedule. When ask to discuss matters, Contractor stop communication. The personnel with this Contractor DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH, which were another hindrance.
