I highly recommend Arrow Building., I would give them a 10 Star, but they'll have to settle for 5 Stars, in the way the internet format review is designed. I live in a mobile home, built in the 60's., and it needed major repairs on the roof. Terry Diamond was professional, he guaranteed his work, and assured me of his confidence and ability to my satisfaction. Work was done Sept. 18, 2017. Two yrs, later today , I waited to test the weather condition, and today not one dropped has leaked it into my mobile home. I am so impress and happy with Terry, and his company Arrow Building. The sealant he recommended to me was a rubber sealant "TROPICOOL", he did all the metal patching on the roof, where leaks were, and applied the sealant. Prior to me connecting with Terry, other roofers I talked to,were discussing a price tag of $10,000 as a starter in replacing the roof with a new roof,and they did not speak with confidence and assurance to the customer. and would only guarantee their work, for up to 3-5 yrs. It was such a negative experience in dealing with other contractors. Terry gave me an offer of $,3000 plus an additional $1,000, for materials and supply "Tropicool" Total cost was $4,000, with an advance payment of $1,000 to get supplies "Tropicool" etc.metal plates.. $3,000 cash due at closing and to my satisfaction of work. I right away noticed that the sealant on the roof kept the inside of the home definitely cooler in the summer. also. The work was done within a couple of weeks due to other commitments. I also was not present when work was being done, due to my work schedule. I have faith and trust in Terry, and he followed thru in his commitment in what we agreed on and what we discussed. I am a Happy Customer Manny 6-19-2019
