    Roof replacement

    I needed a roof replacement ant it was a little urgent. After I contacted several recommended contractors, I hired Arrowhead Remodeling & Design. They were available soon, gave me affordable price and I also checked their recommendations and they are excellent. Eli and his team did a great job, finished quick, ahead of schedule and my new roof is brilliant! I couldn't ask for more.

    This was the most disgusting experience in my life since they are not responsible persons, besides that their prices are exaggerated and they contract people that found somewhere not qualified to perform any construction task, since we paid thousands of dollars for a job that was poorly performed, bad materials, leaving leaking roof, unfinished bathroom, not sized laundry room with unmatched windows, besides all the mentioned things one of their workers stole money from one of the bedrooms and they never wanted to take responsibility of such act, since they contracted an electrician with additional workers and they came into the bedroom to perform electrical wiring and the money was missing from tan envelope inside of the desk the same day that they arrived to our address. Until now we have unfinished items that they never finish and they almost destroy the house.

    Hi Blancka, According to our records we have a completions form signed by you, after the project was finished back in August 2018. we wish you would have brought up the matters before so we could take care of it at the time. Our workers have been working with us for the past 8 years and we never had any such issues. if the matter would brought up to us at the time, we would have file a police report. Arrowhead Remodeling takes pride at our job, our customer are very important to us and we take those things seriously. regarding the other issues you mentioned, according to the city's records, you build an un- permitted addition, and in order to get the city's approval, we had to submit new blue prints the get the city to approve. the city signed the final inspection which means that at the time we completed the job, there were no issues ( otherwise the city would never sign off the card ).. after the job was completed, you asked us to preform another job without permits- we refused to take such job and then in our understanding you decided to hire a handyman to do the job we refused on doing. therefor, there is no warranty on the job the handyman preformed (the roof) as there were no permits issued and we had nothing to do with the job. Eli, the owner, tried calling you many times to figure out how we can still help you even though we are not responsible but we didn't get any response.
