    Very poor communication and planning skills with customers. Frequently changes prices by substantial amounts. Very insistent about what a customer will like without listening to the customer. Offered a free bid on construction for home, and then refused to return plans the customer had purchased. Insistent on a consultant fee being paid, that he never made customers aware of prior to "free bid." He spoke negatively of his prior customers, and them going way over budget as if it were their fault, and not a result of poor planning and communication upfront. His spec homes he built to his own taste looked decent enough, but I would not recommend him for a custom build.
