Techs are not knowledgeable and will sell attempt to sell you unnecessary repairs and products. I had no heat and EM heat was always on, they said I needed first a new HVAC for $10k, then a new board for $2500 finally a new Nest thermostat they happen to have on the truck and was on promotion. That did not fox the problem at all. Another company (King mechanical which I HIGHLY recommend as honest and knowledgeable) fixed my issue after 1 year of no heat and very high electricity costs in 1 visit. ARS will not take back the Nest I did not ever need and gave me the runaround when I called numerous times. DO NOT USE!!!!!
