I used ARS for a sewer repair and had used them previously for annual rodding of the sewer line. The repair was to replace a section of the sewer line that was clay pipe with PVC as well as fixing the connection in the house that consistently allowed tree roots into it. We have had not problems with the sewer line since the repair and I would use them again if I needed to. The only issue I had was that we were originally going to use a method to place the pipe that would not require impacting my landscaping but due to the nature of where the pipe was that need to be replaced, they did end up using a method that required me replacing several bushes that were destroyed.
