    John did work for me and was recommend by the super here. They seem to have a cozy relationship. While he knows the area and units well, and he did a pretty nice job on the glass slider install, it did take a little longer than anticipated and I had to point out a few details that needed attention. As far as contractors go I presume he gets a sold B/B-.
