When I tried to get information about who was going to do the fabrication he told me his employee. I told him according to the SCLB he didn't have any employees. He then told me it was a subcontractor, so I asked for the name of the subcontractor, he refused. He also asked me for a 15% deposit, which by law he can only ask for 10%. Additionally, I was paying for the granite up front directly to Arizona Tile, so what the deposit was for is beyond me. He also refused to allow Arizona to deliver the slabs and insisted on picking it up. Red flags at every turn.
He also immediately deleted himself from Buildzoom upon contacting me.

Art and his crew were professional, precise and hardworking!
Art gave great recommendations along with rationale citing "to code".
As a General Contractors daughter who experienced homes being built eith turn key details I'm very impressed. You will not go wrong hiring Art Renovations! They beat 4 other quotes plus the plumbing!!
