Arthur was easy to contact and we quickly set an appointment. Arthur explained what he was doing, and why. Arthur did an excellent job, the repair was flawless and the washing machine works perfectly. Arthur is an excellent plumber and I would recommend Arthur to anyone because of the fine gentleman he is and the superior plumber he is.
