By Isaac A.August 25, 2021Unclog toilet$150
Arthur Abrahams quoted us $150 to unclog a toilet (noting that this could be higher if the clog was so bad that the toilet needed to be removed). When he came to our house, he did in fact unclog the toilet (without removing the toilet itself). He then improperly invoiced us for $175. He also left the removed material that had been clogging the toilet (with feces stuck to it) in our bath tub rather than disposing of it properly. We raised both of these concerns with him, and he ignored us for about two weeks until we raised it again, at which point he refused to re-issue a corrected invoice and threateningly insisted that he would only resolve this if we went to meet with him in person. He has refused our request to re-issue a corrected invoice.

Horrible company of liars from the top down! They lie to get rid of you, then they ghost you. Neither the boss, Mr. Art himself, nor his employee, Tom will return calls, texts or emails. It's been almost 1 year and they have yet to replace the warped flooring that they took with them to 'dry out'. They started to repair a burst powder room pipe in March 2018. Instead they seem to stop by every 6 months or so to do another piece of the job, but they have yet to finish despite having been paid ages ago. Exasperating. They talk the talk but that's it. I never thought such a small job could give me such a headache!
