I would NOT, Absolutely NOT recommend this contractor..... so many problems! He s terrible and dishonest, made several mistakes and does things the way he wants. My worst experience ever. He broke my fence he chipped and damaged brick on my chimney and he put a hole on my front window frame amongst several other things I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy and he never ever gave me he refused to give me a proper receipt.

Over 20 years ago I had Arthur fix my leaking basement and it’s still going strong water free. Now I needed side steps to be redone from another contractor that rebuilt the house and it was falling apart. I remembered Arthur how professional courteous and knowledgeable he was so I called him to do the job. He is very busy you have to wait he is not “cheap” but you get what you pay for. He came in one day finished with a crew of 5 men. They broke apart the old steps took all rubble cleaned everything up before they left and all the workers were professional. As you live and learn you realize who the good ones are. For my mason work I would use no one else.
