Had I known I would not be able to buy replacement filters for their Carrier system at ANY of the usual stores: Lowe's, Home Depot, and other similar stores, I would never have used them. Instead, I have to drive out to their business office which is nowhere near my house and buy their unusual sized filters! When the technicians were installing the new unit, they didn't say a word about the filter situation. I wonder if I could have bought a few extra filters from them at that time? It would have saved me gas & a waste of my time of driving to their office.
I'm furious about this inconvenience!
