Poor workmanship - chimney flashing not completed, shingles on side edge of roof were not cut straight(very wavy), front edge shingles cut short of the drip edge(causing issues with gutters) and starter course buckling due water shield installed improperly. Would NOT recommend using this contractor. Reached out with my concerns, no reply.

We never thought we could afford such great quality roof. We called John Arthur and he assured us that he will work with us and make it affordable. The following week , John and his crew finished my Beautiful roof in 2 days at just about half the price I have gotten from 4 different roofing companies. That was 2 years ago and we are still as satisfied as the day they installed our new roof.

Took my money for roof repair. I still have the exact same leaks as prior to their work. Repeatedly promised to come back out to rectify the situation. Never showed up.
Response from Arthur's Contracting December 7, 2018I returned to Mya's building on 2 different occasions after my work was completed due to her complaints of still having leaks. The second time I returned it was pouring down raining and the only places there was water coming in was under her commercial garage door due to foundation issues and also around her window because of huge gaps around them. Mya understood these things after I pointed them out to her. Only problem is she contacted Buildzoom to try and take her negative review about me down and they would not allow her to do that. We at Arthur's contracting strive to please our customers and give them the best rate possible and we do that. Ms. Lau was the only customer who ever complained and it turned out to be another cause of her problem, not of our workmanship. -

After my husband and I had bad experiences before with some home improvement contractors who worked on our home, we were quite pleased to find MIMI contracting. We wanted to save money but at the same time, get a good quality job. They provided both and more. The workers were very polite and kept busy to get the work done in a timely fashion. They were honest and did not come up with any unforeseen extra cost's as some contractors usually do. They did a beautiful job on replacing our roof and gutters and did just as well at painting our entire home. Any work we have in the future, will definitely go to MIMI contracting. One of my neighbors and my sister also had them do some work and they were just as pleased as me and my husband. Thank you John and MIMI contracting, Teresa Drexel, Mohnton, PA.
