Moved to a new house in July 2018.
Hired Artic roof to perform a few repairs after house inspection report was received.
In short- shoddy work half assed work.
I had to knock off a few dollars off his estimate as he didn't fullfil the entire contract
I have a number of roof tiles loose / not properly reinstalled
I contacted owner Armando Calvillo to return and fix, he never responded to my email.
Additionally - 2 months after hiring him I noticed $2k worth of Halloween figurines (Dept. 56) items stolen from my garage.
Not to say Artic was the culprit, however, aside from the moving company hired to move us to a new house , Artic is only the only other suspect in the theft.

I did not have any issues with their work. I hired them again to clean out a valley. There were leaves and misc debris blocking the water flow which lead to
The runoff leaking into the house. This is the second time that we hired them. The first time there were many repairs to be done. They were all repaired to my satisfaction. I will definitely use them again for repairs and maintenance. Would recommend.
