We hired Eric to do a project for my parents home. The whole process from start to end had been horrible. 3 different projects were to be completed and only 1 was 95% completed and others were left 30-50% complete. He requested a 65% deposit at the start of the job which I questioned but paid him because he said that's how he works. The owner was not present on the job site at all over the course of 6 days his guys took. Then the guy doing the job had a vacation and ended up going away, we said ok, fine come back and do the rest. In between that they wanted an additional 15% so they can pay their workers. The job was literally left in the middle, they harassed us so much that we ended up paying them the additional too. Then it took another week and , the owner decided to show up to "complete" the job. His guys installed the floors in the bathroom and the bathroom has had leaks, Eric refused to fix the issue and asked us to call the plumber. Please do your due diligence and do not hire them. We paid them 80% for a half completed job that we are going to have to hire someone else for. They are not professionals.
