I hired PHK Construction for out Tenant Improvements at Bobo Bubble Tea and Coffee (11211 SE 82nd Ave, Suite M2, HAppy Valley, OR 97086) on Nov 10, 2020.
Not only did Patrick and Brett of PHK Construction , and their employees and subcontractor), help us along the way and always make us feel welcome, they also provided valuable advice and suggestions that helped us to save money and create a better store in the end. They were ALWAYS on time, and on or under budget, and did a lot of the work themselves, and even suggested items that could work better and be more cost-effective than what the architect recommended.
I am ecstatic that I chose PHK Construction for my job and would hire them instantly for any job that I had in the future. I addition, I would have NO hesitancy (and, in fact, would recommend as strongly as possible) in encouraging others to use their services.
