We aren’t happy with fence installed. Rodney would NOT come back even once to try to make any repair.He repeatedly lied after receiving final payment. Left partial old fence up because our neighbor preferred him to. Lied about we were given options about wood. It’s very poor quality now says I was told to stain wood within 6 to 8 weeks since I chose cheap wood?!! Not true!!!!Never given wood options. Never advised to stain my wooden privacy fence. I paid him over $7000 to install fence if I had to stain I would have went somewhere else. None of my previous privacy fences needed to be stained. And again I wanted this fence to last and Never told to stain. Thats just one of many problems had with this fence. He’s now on notice with Better Business Bureau. I took him to Small Claims Court & was mistaken about $5000 being max I could sue for. I’m really sorry for that because the judge looked at all of my pictures, text messages, emails and testimony & I won. Artisan Fence Crafting has been ordered to pay me court cost and $5000. But I’m not surprised he hasn’t paid. My husband works 12 hou shifts and now has to continually make repairs on a “new fence” we paid so much for. It’s Not good business and until we get our court ordered settlement
