We purchased a home constructed by Artisan Pacific and have experienced significant builder's defects resulting from incorrect waterproofing, water intrusion and resultant mold. Areas impacted range from decks and porches to basements, windows and doors. None of these defects were found in our original home inspection prior to purchase and have only revealed themselves in the years living here post purchase. Please exercise caution if considering a home built by Artisan Pacific.
