They were wonderful while trying to get my business to replace my roof. They promised me that they would work with the insurance company and would accept whatever the insurance company paid plus my deductible. The work was satisfactory. Clean up was a bit hit or miss - there was a lot of grit from the roof left inside the pool cage. But when the insurance company was slow in providing payment and contested some of their charges, they hounded me to pay out of my own pocket and threatened to put a lien on my house. Don't expect them to stand by anything they promise you.
