    Had some front porch work done by this company. They brought the wrong color bricks. I had bricks that they ended up using for the job with no discount and still charged me material price. Was going to use them for a patio and im glad i didnt seeing all the other negative reviews. The guy was very pushy and demanded that i do the work with him because i signed a contract. It wasnt a contract it was an estimate that he pushed as a contract. Terrible company. Dont walk, run from this company.

    We had some chimney work done with this company and it went very well so we hired them to do a larger back porch project. We hired them in April and it is now November and the project has not been completed. It had been one of the most unprofessional expediences I've ever had with a company. I agree with all the other reviews - an sales team that over promises, costumer service representatives that do not respond/know what is happening and owners who are not connected/have no ownership to the projects they are charging thousands of dollars for. I could not be more disappointed with their services, and hope these reviews are a warning to all who are considering using them.

    The worst

    This must be one of the most unprofessional company's that we have ever worked with. The sales rep promised he could do everything and they had great people working for them. The point and tuck work on the bricks is sloppy using 3 different colors of mortar. We were unable to see this until after it was dry. They were supposed to remove all the old paint off the brick and seal the brickwork on the whole house. They had 4 different crews out at 4 different times and none of them could remove the paint off the house. The last guy was not too bad but the job was still not completed. One of the 2 man crews got in a fight in our driveway, the driver left the other worker at my house. He sat on the front porch for 3 hours. The owner of the company was supposed to come out to see the problems and never did. We did receive a partial refund but the work on the chimney and bricks was sloppy and we were way overcharged. We were supposed to do a porch with this company we had to cancel that project with them and find another contractor to do the job. No way were we going to continue any more work with them.

    Not reliable! Signed a contract with company for chimney repair work.....and after numerous cancelations,from the company, we fired them! Don't bother! They don't show.

    We signed the contract in May 2014 and work was never completed correctly. We've spent months trying to get the owner to follow through on the promises he made. We are now dealing with a cracked and sinking patio that is only 8 months old. The owner, Rick Luth, is unreliable and the customer service consists of promises that do not come to fruition. This is a business to avoid at all costs.

    We signed the contract 9/21/2014, and the work was never completed as of 12/20/2014. I wrote to the company that I am not paying the remaining balance on the contract since work was not completed, and never heard back. The project manager we had never sticks to a schedule, does not communicate well, over promises, and under delivers. Expect to be frustrated with the lack of professionalism and reliability.

    Update 5/21/15:
    I heard back from the owner in late January 2015 stating the project manager was fired, and they would come out an fix/repair the issues that were still outstanding. I have not heard back since.

    Prior to signing off on the work, I voiced that the main issue with my old front porch is that water would seep into the house between the porch and the house and wanted this fixed properly. The project manager stated that they would fix this issue when they built the new porch. When the front porch was built I asked what they did to prevent any water leakage, and he stated that they put tar between the house and the porch.

    Yesterday I was washing off the front porch to seal the concrete (they didn't seal), and water was leaking into the basement - there's nothing we can do now. The company seems to be built on scamming people out of their money by providing less than professional service and work. I would advise to avoid this company.

    Update 6/29/15:
    I spoke with Tarek from Artistic Brick after posting a Facebook review in which he apologized and said, "they were in the off season so it must have slipped through the cracks". He came over on 5/23/15, looked at the front porch and stated that it would redo the entire porch and will start in 2 weeks. He said he would do it for free as long as I removed the Facebook review because it will hurt his business. I agreed, we signed a new contract, and I removed the Facebook review that day.

    On 6/9/15 I texted Tarek stating I haven't heard back from him, in which he replied he hasn't forgotten about me, and that it would be "soon".

    On 6/19/15 I texted Tarek asking for any updates or if we can schedule. He called stating it would be "soon" and he would call back by 6/26/15.

    It's 6/29/15 and I haven't heard back. Must have "slipped" through the cracks. The main issues are:
    + It has been almost a year with the project not being completed correctly
    + It is always you going to them and not the other way around
    + They over promise and under deliver
    + Disorganized
    + Always have excuses

    If the rating system allowed, I would give them zero stars.
