After what was a pretty positive interaction during the estimate they came out 2 weeks ago, rushed through it, ran the aggregate dry and it looked terrible. I called Eddie, he got very defensive as though I were being "nit picky" his words... when he came out and looked he agreed that it wasn't done well. So they redid it, but 2 days later, it cracked. Now he's made me his last priority leaving my yard to look like garbage now 2+ weeks later. Eddie has been rude and quite unprofessional as though it's somehow my fault that his work is bad. I've been very patient up to this point but my recent phone call with him, Eddie hung up on me after saying, "Whatever, I'll do whatever just to get this job done and be through with it." A ton of attitude considering he could have avoided this if he'd done HIS job right the first time. I've not been rude to him once. I call him when I see that he never came out to actually do my curbing on the days he said it'd be done. Typically you would think he'd call me to let me know, but that's not been the case. This entire experience has been awful.

Artistic Curbing was out yesterday (June 25, 2020) to lay curbing at our personal property. The end result is beautiful, however, they left a huge mess out front by washing concrete all over our finished landscaping. It hardened in our culvert concreting our river rock and other materials together. We have estimated the repair costs around $1000 (conservatively). Their truck leaked oil all over our driveway and the street in front of our driveway which prior to this did not have a drop of oil on it. Now I have to drive through it every time I come and go. We were very happy with the curbing until we saw the damage they left behind. We are in the process of negotiating with them over repairs. Unfortunately, we will not be using them again. My advise is if you decide to go with this company, discuss up front all the process details and make sure you have a game plan for them as to where to clean up their equipment. You would think that since they are in the concrete business, this would be part of the process on their part.
