    Artistic homes received funds to start building our home on 1/7/2021. As of 3/4/2022 only the floor slab and the water well have been completed. The frame for the slab was laid down with our pool facing the road and had to be taken apart and redone with the pool facing our property. They left out the plumbing for an outdoor kitchen and now must cut the slab to install it. There is already a 10 ft long crack on the garage portion of the slab which I am being told is normal (maybe normal years after construction when the house settles, but not so this soon). Materials for walls were delivered to the site approximately two months ago and are just sitting there weathering. I have requested a meeting with the project manager two weeks ago and am still waiting for an answer. Communications for the most part initiate with me. Our dream retirement home is not our dream retirement home because of the stress of dealing with this builder. I hope this review does not make matters worse.

    I would highly recommend this builder. They were easy to communicate with. Did all they agreed to. Had a super that visited the site daily to check quality of work the subs did. Kept me informed.
