We purchased a home that artistic pools installed a pool at about 4 years ago. This will be the fifth season for the pool and we’re told it would be under warranty through five years. We have reached out to them for a year now for repairs that needed done, and they have only been out to remove the buckled area (in March 2021), and still have not returned to complete the job. We have made multiple attempts to reach them with zero return calls. The only return message we have had was through Instagram from a contact down in Florida saying they would have someone contact us, still nothing. Problems include never returning to pour a 3x3 foot concrete section that they tore out, loose coping stones. I am not even asking that they repair the titling wall for the steps to the back door. I would recommend staying away from this company, has to be better out there

We used Artistic Pools to build our pool. I highly recommend never using this company. Once they got our money we could not get them to come back and fix all the detail issues that we had. I also have a friend who used them and he is having the same issues. Go with another pool company! I was told before we built ours to do the same and I wish I would have listened.
