So many times when you try to get work done, it's a never ending ordeal of calling and calling to get someone to answer the phone, come out and see the project and provide an estimate - and if you're fortunate to get this done in a few weeks time - then you have the hassle of getting the guy back to do the work. Steve, you made my project so very easy - from the first call to the completed project. It was such a pleasure working with someone who had excellent communication skills, provided a comprehensive estimate and actually showed up when scheduled to do the work. You made the electrical portion of my home renovation trouble-free and I am so very grateful to you. When we get ready to do the EV outlet in the garage for our new cars, will certainly give you a call - I've saved you to my phone !

We lost power on part of our basement. I called Steve because he was recommended by our neighbor. Steve came and checked the circuit breaker box, and one was stock in the middle; he pushed to the correct position. He was in the house for about 5 minutes. Then he asked for $150 trip charge, and we paid him. He never told me when I spoke with him that he charges for trips. We live in Arvada, couple of miles away from his site. I texted him to refund some of our money and he never replied back. That what I consider dishonesty; we wouldn't utilize his service again.
