Roof was completed in a timely fashion 2 years ago. However, at the 2 year mark, on a small flat roof section, there appears to be a soft spot creating a valley. No leak is visible in the house but there is a leak on lanai. This leads me to believe there is rotted wood there. Either we have a leak causing it to rot or was not found at the time of the replacement. Our problem now is we have called 3 times. Spoke to the roofer who asked for our address and would call us back and hasn’t. Roof should be under warranty. Very frustrating.
