    This was a warranty call from Old Republic Home Protection. What can I say? Typical response from a warranty call and a provider they pick, in this case, ASB. Quick in and quick out, the issue is still present after they left. Cooling temperatures out of a register should never be above 72 degrees. Refused to do a leak search indicating the warranty company needed to approve it. Next thing I know he left without trying to get approval from the warranty company. Sounds like trying to skirt out of a difficult job. Moving on to next AC company now.

    This company was assigned to me by first American Home Warranty Co. They came out and wielded a leak on my heat pump. Which is the air conditioning too. Well what he wielded up in the line now the heat doesn't work. Called first amber regarding this issue they sent another contractor and said would have to pay 350. I said that ASB should come back as they messed it up. So they said to have ASB come back out gave me a work order nu. But made many calls to ASB and will not return calls, then called first American Warranty they cannot get a hold of them either. So they said will have to go with other contractor and pay the 350. Wouldn't stand by this contractor at all, or they will not help me with the fact they sent this contractor out . I would not use ASB. But you probably couldn't get a hold of them anyway.

    they set up appointment between 10-1 on 10-2-2015,when no one showed up at 1:25 I called their office and got a answering machine.Left message and service person called 5mins later saying he would be there between 25-30 mins.I asked him what happened to my appt between 10-1 and he said he had it down bet 11-2.I told him that I will call his office and see what happened.He told me he was the owner and to call someone else and hung up the phone.I was out a/c for 2 days.I would never recommend this company to anybody esp after the owner was so rude!!

    The person that was previously employed with us answering the phones is no longer with us. Sorry for the poor customer service which we have corrected now.
