Don't bother to waste your time or money to use this company!!!! I hope my review will save you frustration, time, and money. I called them initially to cut my sprinkler system back on as the season has changed to summer. His assistant Courtney makes the appointment, and doesn't even tell me the time Jeverd supposed to come out. I chalked it up to a mistake so I call back and she affirms the time. He is set to come out at 10am, this guy moves the appointment w/out asking me and shows up after 12pm.
He thens proceeds to tell me that my sprinkler is broken and a job that was supposed to be $65 is now $300! we had them out to cut it off for the winter season so I advise him his company is the last people to touch the system, I show him the invoice and he tells me about a warranty and disclaim that is not listed anywhere on the invoice. I break down and accept his "word" that it wasn't his fault and that it must be replaced. Because of the inconvenience he tells me he will fertilize my lawn free of charge. He is scheduled to come back the following week as something went wrong with the timer of my sprinkler system, and he fertilized my grass, but destroyed my sidewalk and just left it that way!!!! I let him set the appointment as I advised of my VERY busy work schedule. He is due to come back the following week between 9-11.
I sit around waiting, not only does not NOT show up he doesn't even bother to call to advise that he is not going to show up! I call him to get an answer as to why he never showed up. He gives me a flimsy excuse about he got caught up on another job and didn't have time to call?! REALLY!? So he apologizes, mind you this is now the second time he has not shown up on time! so he wants to reschedule, I advise i can't be sitting around waiting for him on the days I have to work. I advise that I have one day off and he sets the time AGAIN for 9:30, he does not arrive until 10am!? He shows up and doesn't even apologize!!!!!!!!!!! He sets my timer and then proceeds to leave, I ask what about my sidewalk? he said oh you wanted that done today?!!!! WHAT?! I advise that he destroyed it and show it to him, he said I will have my guy come out and do it this after noon.
It's now 11am that he said he would have some out in the afternoon. The whole day goes by and no one shows up! I call at 6pm to advise of this and he tells me that I should be understanding that they don't set times because they get busy, and that I should understand from his perspective?! I then get a flimsy apology, and a flimsy $60 off of the bill supposedly, I get an invoice from him and he has charged for the fertilization that was supposed to be free!!!! This company is not professional and has the worst customer service! I will not recommend them to anyone! I now have to hire someone to come out and finish what they destroyed. What horrible company! don't bother!
