I would not enter into an agreement for services from Tiffany and Innovative Projects and Design. I am in the process of filing criminal charges on Tiffany for theft by check according to Texas Penal Code section 32.41. I gave Tiffany an initial payment in the amount of $3750.00 in good faith without signing a contract. After some concerns, I asked for my payment to be returned. After 12 days of going back and forth with empty rhetoric from Tiffany, I finally received a check that “bounced” and was not paid by her bank. Now my number has been blocked and I have not heard from Tiffany or anyone from the organization.

My good friend Will Howell of The Howell Network C.S. completed replacing my fence. Contact him at [email protected] for any needed projects. I should have gone with Will first. But, I thought I was getting a better deal with Tiffany. I have learned a huge lesson.
