Ascent Mechanical provides prompt, expert and honest service with outstanding customer communication. While Ascent specializes in larger-scale projects, they took on my several needs with meticulous care. The business owner sets the tone for all staff with his personal attention to projects, and his care to help the client understand what needs to be done and why.
Projects completed:
Septic emergency, trouble-shoot macerator system, consult to find appropriate service agent for my system, clean-up
Install irrigation frost-free spigot off main water pipe. Perfect job with no trace of their heavy machinery left behind
Install plumbing for pantry sink. Only cold water is available because of the terrible job my contractor did, but Ascent's work was excellent
Service frost free spigots and install an external spigot for drip irrigation
Install full-house water softener system. This is the only system that has worked on our very hard Rathdrum water.
I would hire this company for any size project!
