    Ashburn never follows through on their promises. All they care about is getting paid. I purchased a brand new home in 2015 and my steps are detaching from the front porch. Their old warranty manager never did anything he said he was going to do so I stopped fighting with him about the steps. I fell on the steps in April and reached out to Ashburn and got Roger, the new warranty manager. He’s great but unfortunately for him, he works for a company that could care less about the homeowner.
