We have actually used Ashley Brothers for years. When they installed a new furnace at our old house it was a bit of an emergency situation (middle of winter, carbon monoxide sensor goes off, fire department shows up and puts a "do not use" notice on our furnace!). Ashley Brothers came out that day to determine what the issue was and said they could fix it but recommended getting a new furnace since that one was over 12 years old. They gave us an estimate for a 95% efficient furnace, and we opted to go with the new furnace. When they showed up the next day (!) to install the new furnace, we were informed that they only had 98% efficient units available for immediate installation and they were going to honor the estimate for the 95% version!
More recently, in our new home, they were able to figure out the screwy wiring situation that the previous owners had cooked up and make things work with the new furnace and old a/c unit.
We will pretty much always call Ashley Brothers for all our HVAC needs.
