Beware when purchasing a house from this builder! They put houses up for sale that are still under contract and then repeatedly string you along with false dates for when you can go into contract and THEN sell it out from under you to a buyer that will forgo the inspection. Red flags being raised over and over throughout the process. After seeing the other review - I'm glad we didn't buy it. There were cracks in the foundation making it unsafe to buy without an inspection.
