They were amazing. When my 108 year old needed roof repaid due to extensive hail damage, I didn't know who to turn to. I spoke with Michael from ASI and he helped us navigate thru the insurance process. We not only needed work on our own house and garage but a rental property as well. I am so thankful for the work they did. It is so difficult when you are working on an older property. There was an enormous clean up job to be done and they accomplished e everything. My roofs look beautiful and we are ready for the winter.

Unit A....Dan Artus from ASI came to my home today to check a problem on my roof. He identified the issue and with in minutes, had the issue straighten out. I have NEVER had a worker come out, identify the problem and have it repaired within minutes... If I could give him a 10, he'd get it!! And yes, he came highly recommended to me. He was, professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and courteous. An all around nice guy, and someone I would recommend to anyone in need of roofing issues! If this is the type of people this company employees, they should be very proud of their workers that are representing them. Again, Dan Artus, thank you so much!!! -

ASI completed a roof replacement due to wind and hail damage to our home. From the roof inspection by ASI, the insurance claim submission, to the completion of the project in September, ASI proved to be and exceptional organization. Workmanship was excellent. Project completed in one day as scheduled. Installation crew were amazing. Could not ask for better experience!

Dan Artus with ASI was extremely helpful with my roof replacement. I live in Florida, but own a home in Illinois. Knowing I was only in town for a few days and trying to arrange for my roof to be replaced, Dan moved his schedule to come out and give me a quote. He arranged for me to meet a supplier back in Florida to choose my roof color. Job was completed in one day. Dan sent me photos all the way through the day from start to finish. No surprises, a beautiful new roof. Many thanks to Dan for his great customer service. The entire process could not have been easier!
