We had what we thought was a thermostat issue, turned out to be much more complicated. Thomas arrived promptly, after checking several issues, he got our heat back on and thermostat fixed!!

Terrible. They accepted a work order to repair my two heating units, then didn't even bother to return my phone calls or cancel the work order. Left me in limbo for over a week. Not sure what their motivation is, but it certainly isn't providing good service.

Thomas came out the same day and inspected my HVAC. He was friendly, polite, and didn't try to oversell me anything. He explained the problem, with 2 possible fixes and ran out to get necessary part with the AC fixed the same day! I will call Thomas every time I need help in the future.

I was put in contact with them by our home warranty company and I am so grateful that happened. I wish I could give 100 stars!! I have never had service as great as Thomas and Askew Air provided us. His first thing he did was ask me what was happening and let me give all of the details. He didn’t just glance and jump to conclusions. He took his time and checked everything and even did a test to help confirm what was happening with our system. He was more interested in explaining what was happening and why than he was getting it fixed so he could leave. From now on, I will only use Thomas and his team. Thank you!!

On the hottest day of the year (110 degrees) my air conditioning went out. I contacted Askew Air and spoke with Thomas the owner. He arrived at my home within 1 hour and had my air conditioning up and running with in 20 minutes. Great response time and was really nice to work with. I will use them again .

Late June 2018. Our a/c went out on Saturday evening. I called our warranty company and they scheduled Askew Air to fix it. He called me to say he would be here between 12-2 pm then called to say he would be early. Got here at 11:40 and was finished at 12:00. Everything is working great. I highly recommend his company (Askew Air) for any a/c or heating problems.

The AC issue was identified and resolved almost instantaneously! Thomas exhibited exemplary customer service along with an impressive knowledge base. I am incredibly thankful that the process was very simple and will use Askew Air LLC for all future AC servicing.

our homeowners company hired Askew Air to repair our AC in June of 2017. the tech showed up on time - he needed to replace a breaker in our AC system but since he didn't have any he switched the breakers from our Heating System into the Cooling System so that we would have air. He said that he would be back to replace the breaker in the Heating System. This was fine, except he never showed up again, nor did he call. We gave him ample opportunity to fix the issue - we finally had to contact our homeowners warranty company and asked them to send another company to fix the issue, which they did. Coincidentally immediately after we complained to our Home Warranty company and filed a complaint Askew Air called us wanting to come and finish the job. We declined - this company is not reliable with follow ups. It's appalling that they would not bother to come out and finish their job in over four months! Ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. Buyer beware - plenty of other more reliable companies will treat you much better.

My insurance company set me up with Askew air. The tech came inside and asked what was going on. After explaining the situation he went outside to check the unit. A part was changed out and the temperature inside was cooling within minutes of his arrival.

Called them with Old Republic warranty insurance. Tech came out and installed A/C blower fan. Collected money and left. A/C still was non-functional. Upon calling them again, the owner came out. Turned out the tech had installed the wrong fan. He then installed the correct fan (for that voltage). No charge. A/C has been running fine since.
I gave them 5 stars because they were responsive, honest, and did not 'vanish' once they had collected their money. The owner was knowledgeable.
