Aspen Air installed my new unit and also performed an annual service on my unit. Unfortunately 18 months after installation the compressor went out, Aspen charged me for the service call and would only warranty the part, also wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount to complete the work. I decided to go with another company to have the work completed.
