I purchased a new house from Aspen Construction it is plagued with structural defects and many code violations. We have notified the Builder multiple times in writing of all the problems since 30 days after we moved in is now over two years later and Builder is has not resolved the defects and his poor workmanship. We now have to seek legal action.
