Aspen Creek Const. ruined our retirement dream home, here is the list of "ALL" the shoddy work the did:
1. 10/6 they started the cement on the garage.
2. They put the wrong siding up, not to code. It called for Hardy Board and they did not install the moisture barrier.
3. Roofing/Tar paper started flying away. No clean up from the crew. When the roofing was re-done, it does not over hang the edges a 1/2 inch and in fact on the west edge it was cut short.
4. We picked up over a 100 bent and dropped nails.
5. Window not correctly sealed, rain poured in.
6. Love picking up their cig. butts.
7. Concrete was splashed on posts and the house and not cleaned up.
The concrete apron edges are crumbling, the slope in front of the carport,
leans into the carport and we have puddles.
Concrete edges vary in thickness, from 3 1/2 to 2 inches.
8. They never came back to finish the job or maybe they were not allowed by
the general contractor.
The General Contractor sent "1" man to finish the job, to install Tyvek, caulk window and paint.
October 6th thru April 18 what a disappointing road we had to endure due to Aspen Creek Const.

Put in our foundation, incorrect place we did not get plans , when mortgage company sent paper work we signed not realizing instead of 100 feet back the foundation was 60 where the driveway should have curved . Told eletric company and well drillers all was ready three times it was not. I had to call Electric company to find out what was going on. Turned out he had flunked inspection so eletric could not be done. He was supposed to do driveway with two culverts he did one said he did not remember. Beware people in MY opinion this man makes his mind up what he wants to do . Regardless what you want
