    Awesome experience with our home. They were extremely detailed and very communicative and up-front. We had a few requests, including making alterations to the cabinets and fencing, and they were more than happy to oblige. If you want a high quality, brand new house in Ridgecrest, they are definitely the only way to go.

    Aspen II homes built my home in 2019. Had i known the poor quality materials, workmanship and responsiveness they would provide afterwards, I would have thought twice about buying a home built by them. We have tried to get a back porch pillar fixed due to a poor beam strap being used since early 2020. The workers told us that the builder saw us as pestering himand so did not want to fix their bad quality. The back porch fix has not been completed. I tell colleagues and acquaintances to avoid homes built by Aspen II Homes. They built my home on S Alvord in 2019.
