Called for main drain clean out. Technicians didn't appear to know what to do. After making a mess, they got the drain to clear temporarily. The next day it was stopped up again. I called and spoke with Sam, the manager, twice and his only response was there is no warranty on clean outs. This was only 24 hours after!! They obviously did not do a good job. We had another company come out the next day and cleared the drain with a 30 day warranty.
