    Good company

    They did a repair on my roof for me. The workmanship was great, the people were great, and once the job starts, they work diligently to finish the project. The communication wasn't the best. I'm not sure if it was more the sales guy I was working with or the company itself, but after sending in the signed contract, it took over a month to hear back from them about a start date. Overall, a great company. They just need to work on their communication a little bit.

    Aspenmark came out and replaced our roof. They also did some interior repair work for us. We had bad weather while the projects were going on, but they showed up at every opportunity and provided excellent results. We're very happy with their work and would definitely use them again.

    Excellent

    Aspenmark Roofing recently replaced my 3,000 square foot roof on my townhouse with TPO. Tom Herman (sales) described the complete process prior to replacement start. We experienced some surprises during removal of the old roof. However, I was advised of our options and we were able to proceed accordingly. Aspenmark stayed on the job until I was satisfied, even overcoming some issues at the end of the job. I felt they went beyond their original job commitment. I would certainly recommend Aspenmark as a reputable and honest company. I also compliment Tom for staying on top of the job, including checking on site several times during the roof replacement process.
