Steve was initially responsive but after payment over 2 months ago, still cannot get a follow-up call to fix some problems, and provide a receipt. I've left about a dozen messages and only connected live once. I'm not sure this business is still open, as some websites say location in Ephrata has closed, and the website is no longer valid. The price was good but I guess you get what you pay for. :-(
