This contractor did a very poor job for my company in early 2012. Talked a great game and seemed ambitious to complete in a timely manner, which they did, but materials used or the process in which the aspahlt was applied was substandard. Many areas of the asphalt are loose and coming apart. Was told that they would be back out to correct, but never happend. Contracted with a much more professional group to correct the horrible work done by Dean Pittore/ California Parking Lots. Would never recommend for any work. Tough lesson (14K) to learn when dealing with this level of contractor.

Dean Pittore, DBA General Asphalt Paving, recently completed a pavement overlay of our private street frontage and similar relays plus one removal and replacement for several of our neighbors fronting the same street in Pico Rivera, California. In contrast to previous street patches and seal coats done over the last 40 years, his work was uniformly excellent, and we are looking forward to many years of trouble-free street use. This will be a welcome relief from 30 years of dodging potholes. I give him and his capable crew 5 stars. As a retired general contractor, I can recognize quality work when I see it.
