We decided to finally repave our crumbling 50 plus year old driveway. We had a few bids from local companies. Michael was responsive, and the only contractor who recommended that a drainage pipe be installed under the driveway. While their bid was not the least expensive, they proposed excavating the old driveway and installing a new base at a competitive price to comparable bids. The job began at 7:00 am at the end of November and was completed by the end of the season as promised (despite unpredictable weather and complications caused by Covid at the asphalt plant). The entire team was professional and did an excellent job. We highly recommend Asphalt Services, and we plan to hire them for additional projects in the Spring.

I am very happy with the quality of the work done by this organization in finishing my circular driveway here in Washington Crossing. From the free estimate experience throughout the entire job, I was impressed by the professionalism and work ethic of all of the employees at Asphalt Services. Unfortunately I have to put 1 star rating to this company , if I could I would put -10. I paid this company deposit in October 2020 to have my driveway done. I was told by the gentleman who did my estimate that their company will take care of permit. Few weeks later I was told that permit is ready but the outside temperature is really low so we will have to wait till Spring 2021. Today I came to their office to set up the date to do the driveway and I experienced the WORST customer service ever and first time in my life I was discriminated by Americans. On my question “ Could I see the permit that you got from county?” I was told by the manager of the company Mike that “ what about you go and get it yourself?” While last year I was told that they already got a permit for us. Mike as manager that I saw there for the first time was really unprofessional and rude. He yelled at me that I was trying to accuse them in lying. My only request was to see the permit cause I need all things to be done the right way, they knew they don’t have it and they never went to county so they were planning to do my driveway without it! I didn’t pay attention to previous bad rating reviews but I should’ve! If you would like to go with this company please prepare yourself to be fooled around!
