We contacted Associated when we had a severe water damage problem. At first meeting they were very helpful, got the needed experts to assess our issues. But their subcontractors did not do quality work. We had an issue with the painting and we were put off for a year and then we hired and paid to have most of their work redone. They came out this spring to work on a leak, in a bedroom window. They cut through the sheetrock around the window, took the molding off and have not been back to put it back together, it is now the beginning of December. They installed a metal roof on our home, we added ice guards and some of those came off last winter. We asked Associated to replace and add more ice shields again they said they would, that was last spring, it is not the beginning of December, we have snow on the roof and it is not possible to add the needed ice guards until next spring. We asked several times for the name of the roof installer and we given no help.They had not control over their subcontractors work. We would NEVER use or recommend this company again.
