    Heat and air

    From the first call to the installation, they were GREAT , Paul was right on with estimate the guys came out put new furnace and central air and duck work electric and gas line they were the BEST, WOULD RECOMMEND THEM ALL.

    Install a new furnace
    $1,500

    I need a new furnace in this freezing weather, called a few places. Assurance Heating was the only company gave me a price over the phone right away, two guys came in the next morning and installed the furnace in my home. They did a great job for the price they gave me over the phone. I am very happy with their work, very trust worthy .

    The son and another man came out to install my AC (they were over an hr late). The son was quiet but the other guy was rude. After they left, it didn’t work. Called for over two weeks. Finally, someone came out (he was late too by almost two hours) Just as rude and told me i had to pay money to fix it. Fix the new ac installed three weeks ago. I Paid. The next hot spell... it froze twice. I had two other compaines come in and say i need a new unit... a bigger unit than they installed or it will keep freezing as my house has 2600sq feet and they put in a 2 ton.

    I am very pleased with my recent furnace/AC install. I'm pretty surprised by the bad reviews, since this was not my experience at all. They took the time to properly install both units. Gas, electric, ductwork......all were done very neat and clean.

    Paul was on time, professional and courteous at all time. I saw his ad on Craig's List and contacted him. He gave a very fair price and provided exactly what I requested. Paul installed two brand new DuCane 80% efficiency furnaces and whole house AC units in a duplex I am renovating. He gave me an estimate. I then sent photos and he mildly adjusted the estimate based on the photos and held true to his pricing. Arrived on time and performed services as agreed to. Cleaned up nicely, took old units away. Was very pleasant to deal. I would recommend this installer and plan to use him in the future.

    needed new AC, decided to add a new furnace as well, was disappointed about not dealing with the owner, his son showed up with 2 other employees all seemed knowledgeable, worked all day non stop, did a very professional and neat job, I agree tho about paying cash, as a consumer we have no protection now.

    Didn't finish the job- assurance of quality?

    I was at first impressed with Assurance for their timely attention and budget conscious attention to my furnace. Then a problem arose. They took the air system apart to install my furnace and left it that way. When I called recently about it, their answer was basically, "tough." not our problem. Now I have to pay all kinds of money to have it put back together. This issue was never discussed with me and because the sale was cash only, I have no recourse with my credit card. I have to report to reviews and the BBB and the attorney general.

    I'm very happy with the install and the workers that came. Paul's son came and was very professional and explained everything. They did a great job, everything is nicely installed and looks great. They cleaned up after themselves and left my place looking spotless. Glad we happened to see the ad on Craigslist. There were no hidden surprises with the final bill that was the at a great price.

    We found his ad on Craigslist and gave them a call.He gave my husband a rough estimate over he phone and 2 weeks later we had them install our new central air unit.
